- This is a service used to clear goods already at the destination port.
- To request this service, click on
Create New +at the top right of your home screen. Then click onNew Shipment. In the list of services offered, customs is all the way to the right. SelectCustoms clearance.
- At this point, you’ll have first have to indicate if it’s an
OceanorAirshipment. If it’s andOceanshipment, you’ll be requested to provide information such Origin, Destination, Cargo ready date, HSCode, Total cargo value and container size and quantity
- For
Airshipments, you’ll be requested to provide information such Origin, Destination, Cargo ready date, HSCode, Total cargo value, weight or package details such as length, width, height.
- You can also request for the additional services such as
Transport deliveryandCargo insurance.
- Click on
Continue with bookingto proceed.
- Now you’ll be asked to provide information on the description of the cargo. You can also select the
Buyerof the cargo from yourNetworklist.
- When you click on
Continue with booking, it takes you the summary page where you can review and confirm your quote request. Click onRequest Quoteto confirm quote
- Once you confirm your quote, you’ll be able to see it in the quote section with its status as
Pending. As soon as your quotes has a price, it status will change toReadyand will await your booking confirmation.
